Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
In a main vessel, add Aqua (Water) and start heating to 70°C.
Disperse Allantoin and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice with gentle stirring until fully dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, and Dimethicone.
Heat to 70°C and mix until a uniform mixture is achieved.
Emulsification
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Aqueous Phase under continuous stirring.
Maintain temperature at 70°C and mix until a homogenous emulsion forms.
Cool Down Phase
Begin cooling the mixture to 40°C.
Add Glycerin, Chamomile Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, and Fragrance.
Adjust pH to 7 using Triethanolamine.
Stir until all components are fully incorporated and mixture is homogenous.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of aftershave balm to the face and neck area after shaving. Gently massage until fully absorbed. Suitable for daily use.
