Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat Water to 60°C in a main vessel.
Add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine to the heated water while stirring until fully dissolved.
Phase B
Slowly add Zinc Pyrithione into Phase A and mix until evenly dispersed.
Incorporate Glycerin and Panthenol into the mixture under continuous stirring.
Phase C
Adjust the pH of the mixture to 7 using Citric Acid.
Add Sodium Chloride to adjust the viscosity to medium.
Phase D
Cool the mixture to below 40°C then add Phenoxyethanol preservative.
Incorporate fragrance and colorant as needed.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair and scalp, massage gently to form a lather, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
