Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine water and all Phase A ingredients, except Citric Acid, in a large mixing vessel.
  2. Heat the mixture to 70-75°C while stirring gently until uniform.

Phase B

  1. Cool down the mixture to 40-45°C.
  2. Add Citric Acid to adjust the pH to exactly 7.

Phase C

  1. Add Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract.
  2. Mix until uniform at room temperature.
