Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Add 70.0% of water to a mixing tank.
Heat the water to 40°C to facilitate dissolution.
Addition of Alkalinity Agents
Slowly add Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Bicarbonate while continuously stirring until fully dissolved.
Addition of Surfactants
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine followed by Decyl Glucoside, mixing until homogenous.
Chelation and pH Adjustment
Add Sodium Citrate and Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate to enhance cleaning efficiency.
Gradually add Citric Acid, monitoring the pH to ensure it remains at 7.
Usage Instructions
Apply the cleaner to the oven or grill surfaces and allow it to dwell for 5-10 minutes. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with water.
