Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Heat Water (Aqua) to 75°C.
  2. Add Zinc Oxide slowly to the heated water while stirring continuously to avoid clumps.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, melt Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, and Beeswax together at 70°C.
  2. Once melted, cool slightly and add Aloe Vera Extract, Calendula Oil, and Chamomile Extract.

Phase C

  1. Combine Phase A with Phase B slowly with continuous mixing to create an emulsion.
  2. Cool the mixture down to 40°C before adding Tocopherol and Phenoxyethanol.
  3. Mix until uniform and allow the cream to cool to room temperature.

Usage Instructions

Apply a thin layer to the clean, affected area at each diaper change or as needed. For external use only.
