Manufacturing Process
Phase A
- Add Water to a large mixing vessel and begin stirring.
- Dissolve Sodium Citrate and Citric Acid in the water with continuous stirring until fully dissolved.
Phase B
- In a separate container, blend Decyl Glucoside and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
- Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
Phase C
- Add Benzalkonium Chloride slowly to the mixture, maintaining constant stirring.
- Integrate Sodium Bicarbonate gradually, allowing it to dissolve completely.
Phase D
- Add Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone for preservation.
- Incorporate Fragrance into the formulation.
- Check and adjust pH to 7 using additional Citric Acid if necessary, and stir well.
Usage Instructions
Spray the cleaner on kitchen surfaces, let sit for 1-2 minutes, then wipe with a cloth or sponge. Repeat as necessary.
