Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
In a clean sanitized vessel, add Distilled Water.
Slowly sprinkle in Xanthan Gum while mixing to prevent clumping. Continue to stir until completely hydrated.
Oil Phase
Combine Clove Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Polysorbate 20 in a separate container. Mix until uniform.
Combining Phases
Slowly add the Oil Phase into the Aqueous Phase while stirring continuously.
Once combined, add Glycerin, Aloe Vera Extract, Chamomile Extract, and Panthenol.
Adjust the pH to 7 using Citric Acid, checking with a pH meter.
Finishing
Add Potassium Sorbate as a preservative.
Ensure all components are thoroughly mixed and the solution is homogeneous.
Conduct a final pH check to confirm it remains at 7.
