Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Add Water into the main mixing vessel.
Slowly add Sodium Hydroxide while stirring until fully dissolved.
Add Sodium Hypochlorite to the mixture while maintaining agitation.
Phase B
Pre-mix Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine in a separate container.
Slowly introduce the surfactant mixture to Phase A under continuous stirring.
Add Sodium Metasilicate to the mixture and continue to stir until homogenous.
Phase C
Dissolve Disodium EDTA in a small amount of water and add to the main mix.
Introduce Fragrance and mix until evenly distributed.
Adjust the pH with Citric Acid, if necessary, to reach pH 11.7.
Usage Instructions
Dilute with water as per requirement and apply the foam cleaner using a suitable spray or foam application system. Allow the foam to act for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
