Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Aqueous Phase
Combine Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Sodium Phytate in a mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 45°C and stir until all components are completely dissolved.
Phase B - Thickening Phase
Slowly add Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 to the aqueous phase with continuous stirring.
Ensure uniform dispersion and adjust pH using Ethanolamine until the pH is exactly 7.
Phase C - Cooling Phase
Cool the mixture to 30°C.
Add Fragrance, Benzisothiazolinone, and Colorant under gentle agitation to homogenize the batch.
Phase D - Final Adjustment
Adjust the final pH, if necessary, with Citric Acid to precisely 7.
Check viscosity and adjust with additional Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 if needed for desired medium viscosity.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the cream onto the stained area. Gently work into the fabric without excessive force. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat if necessary.
