Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat Aqua to 75°C in a stainless-steel mixing vessel.
  2. Add Glycerin and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice with gentle stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Maintain temperature and stir for 15 minutes to ensure homogeneity.

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate vessel, melt Stearic Acid and Butyrospermum Parkii Butter at 75°C.
  2. Mix thoroughly and maintain temperature for 10 minutes.

Emulsification Phase

  1. Slowly add Oil Phase into Water Phase with high-shear mixing equipment.
  2. Introduce Sodium Hydroxide immediately to initiate saponification.
  3. Continue mixing for 20 minutes at 75°C to form a stable emulsion.

Cooling Phase

  1. Cool down the batch to 45°C under slow stirring to prevent separation.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, and Fragrance below 40°C.
  3. Ensure proper dispersion of all additives and check pH is between 6.0 and 6.5.

Usage Instructions

Dispense a small amount into palm and apply to damp skin. Use a shaving brush for rich lather and proceed with shaving. Rinse thoroughly after use.
