Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 75°C in a stainless-steel mixing vessel.
Add Glycerin and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice with gentle stirring until fully dissolved.
Maintain temperature and stir for 15 minutes to ensure homogeneity.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, melt Stearic Acid and Butyrospermum Parkii Butter at 75°C.
Mix thoroughly and maintain temperature for 10 minutes.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add Oil Phase into Water Phase with high-shear mixing equipment.
Introduce Sodium Hydroxide immediately to initiate saponification.
Continue mixing for 20 minutes at 75°C to form a stable emulsion.
Cooling Phase
Cool down the batch to 45°C under slow stirring to prevent separation.
Add Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, and Fragrance below 40°C.
Ensure proper dispersion of all additives and check pH is between 6.0 and 6.5.
Usage Instructions
Dispense a small amount into palm and apply to damp skin. Use a shaving brush for rich lather and proceed with shaving. Rinse thoroughly after use.
