Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Emulsification
Heat the Water (Aqua) to 75°C in a mixing vessel.
Add Stearic Acid and Triethanolamine to the water, mixing continuously until fully dissolved.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, melt the Beeswax, Lanolin, and Coconut Oil at 75°C.
Add Silicone Oil and mix until uniform.
Phase C - Homogenization
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under constant stirring to create an emulsion.
Continue homogenization for 15 minutes until the mixture is uniform.
Phase D - Cooling and Finishing
Cool the mixture to 45°C while stirring gently.
Add Glycerin and mix until fully integrated.
Ensure the pH is adjusted to 7 with Triethanolamine.
Allow to cool to room temperature before packaging.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream to a clean, dry shoe using a soft cloth. Spread evenly over the surface for best results. Allow to dry completely. Buff with a clean cloth to achieve a desired shine.
