Manufacturing Process

Mixing

  1. Add water to the mixing container at room temperature.
  2. Gradually add calcium carbonate while continuously stirring to form a uniform slurry.

Addition of Polymers

  1. Slowly blend acrylic polymer emulsion into the mix under high shear mixing.
  2. Introduce polyvinyl alcohol and continue mixing until fully dissolved.

Rheology Modification

  1. Incorporate bentonite into the mixture ensuring even distribution.
  2. Add glycol ether incrementally while maintaining mixing.

Final Adjustments

  1. Add the defoaming agent to minimize foam formation.
  2. Stir in synthetic zeolite for optimal moisture control.

Usage Instructions

Apply the cream adhesive onto the intended surface using a suitable applicator tool. Ensure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application. Allow the adhesive to set for a minimum of 2 hours for optimal bonding.
