Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Heat water to 70-75°C.
  2. Dissolve Glycerin and Citric Acid in water with stirring.
  3. Add Disodium EDTA and continue stirring until dissolved.

Oil Phase

  1. Combine Cetiol CC, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Palmitic Acid in a separate vessel.
  2. Heat oil phase to 70-75°C until completely melted and homogenous.

Emulsion Phase

  1. Slowly add the oil phase to the aqueous phase under continuous high shear mixing.
  2. Continue mixing and cool the emulsion to below 40°C.

Cooling Phase

  1. Add Polyurethane-39 and mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol and Fragrance at 30-35°C while mixing gently.
  3. Adjust pH to 7 if necessary using Citric Acid solution.

Usage Instructions

Apply a thin layer of the booster cream evenly onto the table tennis paddle surface. Allow it to dry and absorb fully for optimal performance enhancement.
