Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water, Ethoxylated Alcohol, and Coco Glucoside in a central mixing vessel.
Begin stirring continuously at moderate speed.
Phase B
Add Sodium Citrate and Sodium Bicarbonate slowly while maintaining stirring.
Continue to stir until fully dissolved and clear.
Phase C
Slowly add Citric Acid to adjust pH to 7 while constantly monitoring with a pH meter.
Once pH is stable, add Tetrasodium EDTA and blend well.
Phase D
Incorporate Fragrance and Preservative, mixing thoroughly.
After homogeneous mixing is achieved, package the product in appropriate containers.
Usage Instructions
Dilute the cleaner with water at a ratio of 1:10 for daily cleaning. Apply with a mop to the floor surface and wipe dry with a clean mop or cloth. No rinsing required.
