Oil Phase
In a double boiler, heat beeswax and coconut oil to 70°C until fully melted.
Add shea butter and stir continuously with a stainless-steel spatula until completely dissolved and uniform.
Incorporate tea tree oil, lavender essential oil, and vitamin E, mixing gently with a high-shear mixer for 10 minutes.
Final Processing
Cool down to 40°C, then add calendula extract and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes using a laboratory homogenizer.
Conduct quality control checks: ensure no separation layer and maintain vivid, uniform texture.
Pour into prepared containers and allow to solidify at room temperature.
Usage Instructions
