Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat Aqua (Water) in a stainless-steel mixing tank to 70°C with constant stirring.
  2. Add Glycerin and dissolve completely.

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate vessel, melt Cetearyl Alcohol and mix with Behentrimonium Chloride.
  2. Maintain temperature at 70°C until all components are liquefied and homogeneous.

Emulsification Phase

  1. Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase with high-shear mixing to form an emulsion.
  2. Cool the mixture to 40°C.

Cooling Phase

  1. Add Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Panthenol below 40°C to avoid degradation.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol and Fragrance while continuing to mix until fully uniform.

Packaging

  1. Perform quality control checks for pH (aim for pH 4.5 to 5.5) and viscosity.
  2. Package in sterilized containers immediately after passing QC.

Usage Instructions

Apply generously to clean, damp hair, focusing on the damaged areas. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once a week or as needed for optimal repair.
