Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat Aqua to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel, maintaining temperature until fully processed.
  2. Dissolve Sodium PCA while maintaining gentle agitation at 200 RPM using a high-shear mixer.
  3. Continue mixing for 20 minutes to ensure complete dissolution.

Active Phase

  1. At room temperature, combine Sodium Hyaluronate and Ascorbic Acid in a separate vessel.
  2. Mix under vacuum to prevent oxidation with a homogenizer at 2500 RPM for 30 minutes.

Final Processing

  1. Combine all phases in the main vessel and cool to 45°C.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopherol, and Fragrance.
  3. Emulsify using a high-shear mixer at 1000 RPM for 10 minutes.
  4. Perform quality control: check pH (ensure it’s within 5.5-6.0), viscosity, and microbial limits.

Usage Instructions

Apply a moderate amount of the serum onto cleansed face and neck every morning and evening, gently patting until absorbed. For optimal results, follow with a moisturizer.
