Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Solvent Preparation
Measure Xylene and Toluene into a stainless steel mixing tank.
Mix for 10 minutes to ensure a homogeneous solution.
Phase B - Resin and Additives
Add Epoxy Resin and Polyamide Curing Agent to Phase A while stirring continuously.
Integrate Calcium Carbonate and Additive Package, and continue mixing for 15 minutes.
Phase C - Final Mixing
Slowly add Zinc Dust into the mixture from Phase B under constant agitation.
Add Lanolin and mix thoroughly for an additional 20 minutes.
Perform a quality check to ensure homogeneity of the mixture.
Usage Instructions
Apply the Rust Shield Underbody Spray onto a clean and dry surface of the vehicle underbody. Ensure even coverage. Allow the coating to dry completely for 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to road conditions.
