Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Solvent Preparation

  1. Measure Xylene and Toluene into a stainless steel mixing tank.
  2. Mix for 10 minutes to ensure a homogeneous solution.

Phase B - Resin and Additives

  1. Add Epoxy Resin and Polyamide Curing Agent to Phase A while stirring continuously.
  2. Integrate Calcium Carbonate and Additive Package, and continue mixing for 15 minutes.

Phase C - Final Mixing

  1. Slowly add Zinc Dust into the mixture from Phase B under constant agitation.
  2. Add Lanolin and mix thoroughly for an additional 20 minutes.
  3. Perform a quality check to ensure homogeneity of the mixture.

Usage Instructions

Apply the Rust Shield Underbody Spray onto a clean and dry surface of the vehicle underbody. Ensure even coverage. Allow the coating to dry completely for 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to road conditions.
