Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat 70.0% distilled water to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Add Citric Acid and stir until fully dissolved, monitoring pH to ensure level within desired range.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine Argan Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate at 75°C until fully melted and uniform.
Maintain temperature and monitor for clear mixture ready for emulsion.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase under high-shear mixing (2000 rpm for 5 minutes) to form a stable emulsion.
Lower mixing speed to 800 rpm and continue mixing as the blend cools to 40°C.
Cool Down Phase
Add Panthenol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and fragrance below 40°C to preserve actives.
Continue to mix gently until the temperature reaches room temperature and the product is fully homogeneous.
Usage Instructions
Apply generously to clean, towel-dried hair, covering each strand from roots to ends. Use as a mask by leaving on for 10-20 minutes under heat for deeper conditioning, then rinse thoroughly.
