Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat water to 80°C under agitation using a high-shear mixer.
  2. Dissolve the citric acid; ensure complete solubility.

Dispersion Phase

  1. Cool mixture to 40°C, then slowly add non-ionic surfactant and stir for 10 minutes.
  2. Introduce titanium dioxide nanoparticles slowly, maintaining agitation to ensure uniform dispersion.

Resin Incorporation

  1. Add silicone hydrophilic resin at 35°C, stirring continuously with an overhead stirrer at 200 rpm for 20 minutes.
  2. Ensure homogenous mixture and check for optimal dispersion.

Final Processing

  1. Introduce preservative under consistent stirring.
  2. Perform quality control checks: ensure pH is stable at 7.0 ± 0.5 and confirm nanoparticle distribution using dynamic light scattering.

Usage Instructions

Apply an even coat to the fabric using a spray system at 5% solids concentration. Allow to cure under natural or artificial UV light for 24 hours for optimal performance.
