Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water, Glycerin, and Potassium Sorbate in a mixing tank.
Heat mixture to 70°C while stirring continuously.
Phase B
In a separate container, melt Shea Butter, Sunflower Seed Oil, and Cetearyl Alcohol at 70°C.
Add Zinc Oxide to melted oils and mix thoroughly.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase A to Phase B while maintaining temperature at 70°C.
Emulsify using a high-shear mixer until uniform.
Phase D
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.
Add Vitamin E, Lavender Oil, and Xanthan Gum.
Continue stirring until fully incorporated and homogeneous.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer to clean and dry diaper area after each diaper change, ensuring full coverage on irritated or sensitive spots. Allow the cream to absorb for optimal protection.
