Manufacturing Process
Preparation Phase
Thoroughly clean and ensure all equipment and containers are sanitized.
Measure and prepare all ingredients accurately according to the formulation.
Mixing Phase
In a mixing vessel, add Silicone Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, and Cyclopentasiloxane.
Heat gently to 60°C while stirring continuously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Slowly add Ethanol and continue to mix, monitoring temperature to ensure it does not exceed 60°C.
Cooling Phase
Allow the mixture to cool to below 40°C.
Once cooled, add Propylene Glycol, Fluorinated Polymer, Fragrance, and Preservative. Stir until fully integrated.
Finalization Phase
Add Colorant and Antistatic Agent, mix thoroughly.
Perform a quality check to ensure consistency and homogeneity.
Pour into spray containers, seal, and label appropriately.
Usage Instructions
Spray evenly over clean leather surfaces from a distance of 15-20 cm. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before exposure to moisture.
