Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Water (Aqua) to 40°C while stirring continuously.
Add Acrylic Binder (Acrylic Copolymer) and dissolve completely.
Incorporate Wetting Agent (Polysorbate 20) and Defoamer (Dimethicone) for a homogeneous solution.
Color Phase
Cool mixture to 25°C before adding Thermochromic Microcapsules.
Gently stir in microcapsules to prevent damage to the encapsulation.
Adjust pH to 6.5 using Citric Acid for optimal stability.
Final Processing
Conduct quality control check ensuring uniform distribution and absence of foam.
Transfer the finished formulation into spray equipment with a fine nozzle.
Usage Instructions
Apply evenly onto textiles using a spray gun set at low pressure. Ensure coating is applied in a well-ventilated area. Allow to dry completely at room temperature for 24 hours before testing temperature-responsive color change.
