Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat the water (Aqua) to 70°C in a main mixing vessel.
Dissolve Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 and Sodium Acrylates Copolymer into the water until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, mix Propylene Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate/Caprate, and Glycerin.
Gradually incorporate the oil mixture into the water phase while continuously stirring.
Finalization Phase
Cool the mixture to 40°C.
Add Phenoxyethanol and mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Adjust the pH to 7 by adding Sodium Hydroxide solution dropwise.
Stir in Mica under moderate speed to achieve desired transparency.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small quantity of the gel evenly to the shoe sole surface. Allow to dry completely before use. Reapply as necessary for continued protection.
