Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Combine water, aloe vera leaf juice, and glycerin in a large mixing vessel.
Heat to 70-75°C while stirring continuously until uniform.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine cetearyl alcohol, sweet almond oil, and polysorbate 60.
Heat to 70-75°C until fully melted and homogeneous.
Phase C - Emulsification
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under high shear mixing.
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring to ensure proper emulsion formation.
Phase D - Cool Down
Add chamomile extract, xanthan gum, and phenoxyethanol to the cooled emulsion.
Mix thoroughly until all components are well incorporated.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to the baby's skin after bath time or as needed. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
