Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Combine Water (Aqua) and Glycerin in a mixing vessel.
Heat to 70°C while stirring continuously until the solution is homogeneous.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Alcohol, and Glyceryl Stearate.
Heat to 70°C while stirring until all solids are melted and the phase is clear.
Phase C - Emulsification
Add Phase B to Phase A slowly while homogenizing at 70°C.
Continue mixing for 10 minutes to ensure a stable emulsion forms.
Phase D - Cooling and Active Ingredients
Begin cooling the emulsion to 40°C with gentle stirring.
Add Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Chamomile Flower Extract, Vitamin E, Sodium Benzoate, and Potassium Sorbate sequentially to the emulsion.
Continue cooling to room temperature while ensuring even distribution of all ingredients.
Phase E - Final Adjustments
Slowly add Xanthan Gum while stirring until fully dispersed.
Check pH and adjust if necessary to maintain a level between 5.0 and 5.5.
Continue stirring until a smooth, homogeneous lotion is obtained.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of lotion to clean, dry skin. Gently massage until absorbed. Suitable for daily use on baby's face and body.
