Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat Aqua to 70°C in a main mixing vessel.
Add Starch while stirring to ensure full dispersion.
Incorporate Glycerin into the mix.
Phase B
In a separate container, heat Cetearyl Alcohol and Sunflower Seed Oil to 70°C.
Add the melted Phase B ingredients to Phase A while continuously mixing.
Phase C
Once the mixture is homogenous, allow it to cool to 40°C.
Add Xanthan Gum by sprinkling it over the top and mix until completely integrated.
Stir in Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol.
Adjust pH by adding Sodium Hydroxide, checking to ensure the pH reaches 7.
Phase D
At a temperature below 40°C, add Fragrance and blend until evenly distributed.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer evenly over the required area after cleansing. Allow it to absorb into the skin for optimal film-forming benefits.
