Manufacturing Process
Formulation Phase
Combine Urea with Biodegradable Binder in a high-shear mixer.
Granulate the mixture to form uniform spheres.
Dry the granules at 50°C until moisture content is reduced below 1%.
Coating Phase
Load dried granules into a fluidized bed coater.
Apply Polymer Coating in thin layers, allowing each to dry before applying the next.
Incorporate Water Repellent in the final coat layer to ensure moisture resistance.
Finishing Phase
Cool coated granules to room temperature.
Mix with Anti-Caking Agent to enhance flowability.
Package in moisture-resistant bags for storage and transport.
Usage Instructions
Apply the fertilizer uniformly across the crop field at the recommended rate, typically 100 kg/ha, depending on the crop and soil requirements. Ensure even distribution to optimize coverage.
