Manufacturing Process

Dry Mixing

  1. Combine the Ordinary Portland Cement, Fly Ash, Expanded Perlite, and Quartz Sand in a blender.
  2. Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes to ensure homogeneity.

Addition of Fibers and Aerogel

  1. Slowly add Cellulose Fibers and Polypropylene Fibers to the dry mix.
  2. Incorporate Aerogel Particles gently to avoid dust formation.
  3. Mix for another 3 minutes until fibers and particles are evenly distributed.

Wet Mixing

  1. Gradually add Water to the dry mix while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  2. Continue mixing until a homogenous, workable plaster consistency is achieved.

Usage Instructions

Apply evenly to clean and primed surfaces using a trowel or plaster pump. Suitable for interior and exterior applications. Allow to cure for 24-48 hours before applying any additional coatings or finishes.
