Manufacturing Process

Dispersion Phase

  1. Disperse Phase Change Microcapsules and Boron Nitride in water at 25°C under stirring for 30 minutes using a high-shear mixer.
  2. Ensure particle size is uniform and there are no agglomerates, check with laser diffraction.

Emulsion Phase

  1. Combine Silicone Binder and Nonionic Surfactant and mix at 40°C.
  2. Add Acrylic Polymer and maintain gentle stirring until a homogenous emulsion is formed.

Coating Application Phase

  1. Mix all phases together slowly, ensuring complete integration of dispersions and emulsions.
  2. Pass the mixture through a 200-mesh filter before coating application to remove any residual particles.
  3. Apply the coating to fabric at a coating thickness of 50 microns using a knife-over-roll technique.

Usage Instructions

Apply the coating at room temperature using a knife-over-roll method. Allow to cure for 24 hours at ambient conditions before final product use.
