Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Combine water, glycerin, and aloe vera leaf juice in a vessel.
Heat to 75°C while stirring until dissolved.
Oil Phase
In another vessel, combine sunflower seed oil, cetearyl alcohol, and caprylic/capric triglyceride.
Heat to 75°C until the mixture is uniform.
Emulsification
Slowly add the oil phase to the aqueous phase while maintaining 75°C and stirring continuously.
Mix at medium speed for 10 minutes until emulsified.
Cooling Phase
Cool the mixture to 40°C with gentle stirring.
Add fragrance, phenoxyethanol & ethylhexylglycerin, sodium hydroxide, and tocopherol.
Final Mixing
Ensure all ingredients are well-blended and uniform.
Adjust the final mixture's pH to 7 using sodium hydroxide if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Suitable for daily use.
