Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat the Water to 70°C while stirring continuously until fully homogeneous.
Add Preservative and maintain the temperature to ensure full dispersion.
Processing Phase
Slowly add Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide while maintaining 50°C and high shear mixing.
Verify uniform dispersion using a spectrophotometer.
Final Blending
Slowly introduce Polyurethane Dispersion and Silicone Resin at 40°C.
Mix for 30 minutes at medium speed until a smooth and consistent texture is achieved.
Perform a final quality control test to ensure pH and viscosity parameters meet standards.
Usage Instructions
Apply an even coating onto clean, dry textiles using a spray or dip application method. Ensure full saturation for maximum effectiveness. Allow to dry completely before garment use.
