Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat the Water to 70°C while stirring continuously until fully homogeneous.
  2. Add Preservative and maintain the temperature to ensure full dispersion.

Processing Phase

  1. Slowly add Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide while maintaining 50°C and high shear mixing.
  2. Verify uniform dispersion using a spectrophotometer.

Final Blending

  1. Slowly introduce Polyurethane Dispersion and Silicone Resin at 40°C.
  2. Mix for 30 minutes at medium speed until a smooth and consistent texture is achieved.
  3. Perform a final quality control test to ensure pH and viscosity parameters meet standards.

Usage Instructions

Apply an even coating onto clean, dry textiles using a spray or dip application method. Ensure full saturation for maximum effectiveness. Allow to dry completely before garment use.
