Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Water Phase

  1. Heat deionized water to 75°C.
  2. Add glycerin to the water and mix until uniform.

Phase B - Oil Phase

  1. Combine beeswax, coconut oil, and cetyl alcohol in a separate container.
  2. Heat to 75°C until completely melted.
  3. Add zinc oxide and octyl methoxycinnamate to the melted mix and stir to ensure even distribution.

Phase C - Emulsification

  1. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring until emulsion forms.
  2. Continue mixing and maintain temperature at 75°C for 15 minutes for complete emulsification.

Phase D - Cooling and Additives

  1. Gradually cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.
  2. Add phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin and continue to mix until homogeneous.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Usage Instructions

Apply a thin layer of balm on clean and dry leather surfaces. Buff gently with a soft cloth until fully absorbed to create a protective barrier against UV rays.
