Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 75°C maintaining constant temperature.
Add Glycerin and dissolve completely before proceeding.
Introduce Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride and agitate at 300 rpm until homogenous.
Oil Phase
Blend Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetrimonium Chloride and heat to 75°C until fully melted.
Join both phases maintaining temperature at 75°C and mix with high-shear homogenizer at 1500 rpm for 10 minutes.
Cooling Phase
Cool down mixture to 45°C while continually stirring.
Integrate Hydrolyzed Quinoa and Pisum Sativum Protein slowly to prevent clumping.
Adjust pH to 4.5 with Citric Acid and add Sodium Benzoate.
Usage Instructions
Apply the base uniformly on washed, damp hair. Allow to remain for 10-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Use once or twice a week for optimal results.
