Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Purified Water and Propylene Glycol in a mixing vessel.
Heat mixture to 40°C to enhance solubility.
Phase B
Mix Polysorbate 20, Aloe Vera Extract, Tea Tree Oil, and Glycerin in a separate container.
Blend until a homogenous solution is formed.
Phase C
Add Phase B to Phase A slowly under continuous stirring.
Add Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, and Phenoxyethanol.
Stir until uniform.
Final Phase
Cool down the mixture to room temperature.
Transfer the solution to sterilized bottles.
Usage Instructions
Apply a few drops into the pet's ear canal and gently massage the base of the ear. Wipe away any excess solution with a clean cotton ball. Use once a week or as directed by a veterinarian.
