Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Preparation
Combine water and nonionic surfactant in a beaker.
Heat to 70°C while stirring continuously until homogeneous.
Phase B - Emulsification
In a separate container, mix silicone emulsion and polyurethane dispersions.
Slowly add the mixture from Phase A into Phase B while stirring.
Phase C - Finalization
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.
Add ethanol, preservative, and fragrance.
Adjust pH to 7 using sodium hydroxide solution.
Introduce colorant under low shear mixing until evenly distributed.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin, even layer of the cream onto clean shoe surfaces using a soft cloth. Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes before use.
