Manufacturing Process

Gel Phase

  1. In a mixing vessel, dissolve Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Citrate in water at room temperature (25-30°C).
  2. Add Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate while stirring continuously using a high-shear mixer at 1500 RPM.
  3. Introduce Protease and Amylase Enzymes once the solution is homogeneous, maintaining temperature at 30°C.
  4. Add Sodium Polyacrylate and Citric Acid, ensuring complete dissolution.

Film Formation

  1. Heat Polyvinyl Alcohol solution to 85°C under constant stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Allow the solution to cool to 40°C before casting it into film sheets for pod encapsulation.
  3. Ensure even thickness of films using a roller for uniform encapsulation.

Final Processing

  1. Portion the gel mixture into the prepared Polyvinyl Alcohol film.
  2. Seal the films using a heat sealing machine at the correct temperature (105-110°C).
  3. Quality check each pod for leaks and proper sealing before packaging.

Usage Instructions

Place one pod into the dishwasher detergent compartment. Close the compartment door, select the desired wash cycle, and start the dishwasher. Works effectively in all water hardness levels.
