Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Base Preparation
Add 40.0% Water (Aqua) into a mixing tank and begin stirring.
Slowly add 15.0% Glycerin and continue stirring until fully dissolved.
Phase B - Abrasive Addition
Gradually add 25.0% Calcium Carbonate under constant stirring.
Add 10.0% Hydrated Silica while maintaining medium-speed stirring until a homogeneous dispersion is achieved.
Phase C - Active and Flavor Components
Incorporate 3.0% Activated Charcoal Powder slowly to prevent clumping.
Add 3.0% Xylitol and stir until fully dissolved.
Add 2.0% Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate and ensure it is well mixed.
Mix in 1.0% Peppermint Oil and continue mixing to fully blend the flavors.
Phase D - Stabilizing Agents
Add 0.5% Carrageenan as a thickener, ensuring it is fully integrated into the mixture.
Incorporate 0.3% Sodium Benzoate and 0.2% Citric Acid, adjusting the pH as necessary to the desired range.
Usage Instructions
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for two minutes, then rinse with water. Use daily, morning and night, for best results.
